downturn

so, the day starts off great. better than usual. i dont sleep very well. so, im often extremely tired when i get going in the morning. but, maybe thats everybody. i did feel good though this morning. unitl i got to work and had a cup of coffee. this morning has been a battle with my irritants. im annoyed. ready to kill at times :) and dragged down. im thinking that i cant do the coffee anymore. or the caffeine. i get the nice quick rush. then its like skiing down a slippery slope, going 99 miles an hour. where do i land? im sure it wont look good.
